NDA project. A cloud analytics SaaS platform: dashboards, customizable reports and external data-source integrations.
Challenge
The startup needed to launch an MVP fast to validate the idea and onboard first customers. The goal - combine speed with solid UX and headroom to scale.
Approach
- Scoped the MVP: integration with a few data sources, a core dashboard, report export.
- Built a design system and prototypes in Figma to keep development moving fast.
- Designed the architecture: a Next.js frontend with interactive charts, a Go backend for data processing.
- Baked in multitenancy and separate billing from day one; deployed to the cloud with auto-scaling.
